These Terms & Conditions regulate the relationship between “Weemss” OOD (“Organizer”) in its capacity of manager of the platform “Tech Career Show” and organizer of career events – online and in person – under the same brand, and individuals who are registered on the website of the platform and take part in them (“Candidates”).
Please read these Terms & Conditions before registering.
The registration in the “Tech Career Show” platform for participation in career events organized by it is carried out through a registration form attached to our website.
Registration on the website of the platform does not guarantee you direct access to the selected event. The organizer will contact you additionally in case you meet the criteria for attendance at the event you requested.
The organizer reserves the right to confirm the registration of candidates, according to the open vacancies of the Companies-Participants in the event.
The organizer reserves the right to deny access to a career event to a candidate without justifying their decision.
Access to the respective event is carried out only through personal registration of the candidate. Access shall not be granted to third parties who have applied to participate on behalf of a candidate.
Registration for an event does NOT create obligations for the Organizer to bear travel, accommodation and other ancillary costs of the registered candidate during, on or in connection with their participation in the event, including due to change / postponement / cancellation of the event or failure on behalf of the Organizer to notify the candidates.
The organizer reserves the right to make changes in relation to the announced career events – change of date, time, speakers, location, etc., for which will promptly inform the registered candidates on the website of the platform.
The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event altogether if necessary. The organizer is obliged to indicate another to be held or to provide additional information on the website of the platform.
The organizer is obliged to provide information on the website of the platform about the place, time, speakers, topics, as well as the format of the event and the present Companies-Participants of the event. The registered candidates accept and agree to get acquainted regularly with the current information about a career event, uploaded on the website.
Each candidate is obliged to provide an up-to-date e-mail address during their initial registration on the platform and agrees that all correspondence related to the events will take place at specified e-mail address.
For successful participation (especially in online events) it is necessary for the candidate to get acquainted with the Internet browsers that are supported by the platform, the technical requirements announced on the website and organisational instructions for virtual participation in the event.

The Оrganizer is not responsible for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages, incl. losses or lost profits, possibly caused to a candidate before, during or on the occasion of an event.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time by promptly posting these changes on the website of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between “Weemss” OOD in its capacity as manager of the platform “Tech Career Show” and organizer of career events – online and in person – under the same brand (“Organizer”) and persons registered on the website of the platform and take part in these events as employers (“Companies-Participants”). Please get familiar with the Terms & Conditions before registering.
All copyrights of the materials (brochures, audio, video and photo recordings, advertising banners, posters, etc.) prepared and provided by the Organizer for the purposes of the event before, during and after its conducting are property of the Organizer and / or the respective holders of copyrights, arising under the terms and conditions of applicable law. Each Company-Participant has the right to use these materials only for personal use. The copying, use and distribution of these materials in any way and by any technical means is permitted only with the express consent of the Organizer and / or the holder of the respective copyrights and related rights under the terms and conditions of the Copyright Act in Bulgaria.
In the case of in-person events, for security reasons and to allow direct access to the relevant live career event, each representative of the Company-Participant must wear their own identification (badge, bracelet or other) provided by the Organizer throughout the entire event. If a representative of a Company-Participant does not identify with the specified badge or it is lost or destroyed, he / she will not be admitted to the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny access to an in-person career event to a person – representative of a registered Company-Participant, giving the company the opportunity to designate another representative.
The Organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the whole event if a necessity occurs. The Organizer undertakes to promptly inform on the website of the event about its holding or to provide additional information to the Companies-Participants. If possible, the Organizer will contact a representative of the Company-Participant to provide information on the postponed or cancelled event.
The Organizer is NOT responsible for damages and lost profits for the Companies-Participants or third parties, which occurred as a result of the termination of the registration of the Companies-Participants.
The Organizer is obliged to provide on the website of the platform information about the place, time, speakers, topics, as well as the form of the event and the employers present at the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes in each of the specified aspects of the event, for which it promptly notifies the Companies-Participants on the website of the platform.
The Companies-Participants accept and agree to regularly review the current information about a career event, uploaded on the website.
The Company-Participant is obliged to provide an up-to-date e-mail address during its initial registration on the platform and agrees that all correspondence related to the event will be conducted through the specified e-mail address.
If an event is cancelled from the date of its announcement on the platform’s website up to 45 days before the event, the fee paid for the participation of the Company-Participant will be refunded by the Organizer or an alternative service of higher value will be provided. If the event is cancelled less than 45 days before the event, the Company-Participant will be provided with an alternative service of higher value. If a combined package for participation in the physical and virtual day of the event is purchased in accordance with the conditions published on the website of the platform, the difference between the total amount and the amount for participation of the Company-Participant in the virtual day of the event shall NOT be refunded.
In order to successfully provide the requested service from the Tech Career Show platform, the Company-Participant obliges to familiarize itself with these Terms & Conditions, as well as to follow the instructions of the Organizer provided through the website or e-mail address specified by the Company-Participant.
For successful participation (especially in online events) it is necessary for the Company-Participant to get acquainted with the Internet browsers supported by the platform and the technical requirements for virtual participation in the event announced on the website. The Organizer is not responsible in case the Company-Participant cannot take part in an event requested by it due to non-compliance with the technical requirements of the platform.
In case a request for an additional service is made by a Company-Participant in connection with an upcoming career event, for which implementation the Organizer needs an additional information, the Company-Participant undertakes to provide the necessary information within the time specified in the email sent to it by the organizer, but not later than 1 month before the event. In case the information is not provided by the Company-Participant within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right NOT to provide the requested additional service and does NOT owe a refund of the fee paid for it.
Each Company-Participant registered on the website of the platform is automatically subscribed to our newsletter. Unsubscribing can be done at any time.
The Organizer shall NOT be responsible for the refund of the amounts already paid by Company-Participants in case of force majeure such as earthquake, natural disasters, accidents, riots, war, threat of terrorism and more circumstances of extraordinary and independent nature which prevent the holding of the event.
The Organizer shall NOT be responsible for a refund of the amounts paid by Company-Participants in case of changes, postponement or cancellation of an event, or for inability due to technical reasons to notify the Company-Participant of changes, postponement or cancellation of the event.
The Organizer shall NOT be responsible for the refund of amounts paid in case the Company-Participant does not attend the live event requested and paid for by it.
The Organizer shall NOT be responsible for covering the costs of travel, hotel accommodation, business trips or other additional costs of the Company-Participant, arising from or related to changes, postponement or cancellation of the event, as well as the inability due to technical reasons to notify the Company-Participant for changes, postponement or cancellation of the event.
The Organizer shall NOT be responsible for pecuniary or non-pecuniary damages, incl. losses or lost profits, possibly caused to the Company-Participant or its representatives-individuals before, during or on the occasion of the event.
According to the Bulgarian legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 / EU, the Organizer has the status of “Controller”. As such, it defines the way in which the personal data of the Participants are collected, distributed and stored. The Company-Participants are “Processors of personal data”, therefore they are obliged to collect, distribute and store personal data in accordance with the instructions of the Controller.
The Company-Participants are obliged to use the personal data of the Participants received by the Organizer / Controller only for the purposes of the event itself (including research of candidates, invitations for interviews, job offers, etc.).
The Company-Participants are NOT allowed to process, distribute and transfer to third parties the personal data received by the Controller, as well as to add this data to other platforms and databases without prior approval and consent of “Weemss” OOD or after the explicit written consent of the Participants.
The Company-Participants are obliged to store and process the personal data of the candidates for a period not longer than 6 months from their receipt, as well as to provide the highest level of protection during their storage. Extension of the storage period is possible only if the Applicant explicitly gives their consent at the request of The Company-Participants that has expressed interest in the applicant. The Controller is not liable for damages caused to the Applicant by non-compliance with the obligations for processing and storage of their personal data by The Company-Participants.
The Company-Participants are responsible for processing the personal data provided by the platform to the candidates in full compliance with Bulgarian law, as well as to make extended efforts to preserve the good name and prestige of the “Tech Career Show” and the Organizer.
All prices for registration in the platform are in Euro excluding VAT. Upon successful completion of the registration, The Company-Participants will receive a confirmation email with additional information for making the payment.
The registration is considered valid ONLY after a confirmed payment by the Organizer, which must be done within the period specified in the confirmation email.
Upon payment of the amount after the specified term, an additional fee of 50% of the final amount will be charged.
If you pay after the day of the event, an additional fee of 100% of the final amount will be charged.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time and is obliged to promptly post these changes on the platform’s website.
